Beard Seats Are The Finest Performance Products In Seating. By Providing Suspension For Your Body, Beard seats are better because of a superior 5 step process. 1). Fabrics & Vinyl's: Using the latest colors and textures the cover is custom tailored to give a superior fit and contour. The cover material is first flame bonded to a 1/2" of foam. This is superior to a glued foam as there is no lack of adhesion do to moisture or heat. Beard then uses a combination of CNC & hand cutting to produce the cover panels exact specifications. Once the cover is finished it is fitted by hand on the seat frame. 2). Multi Density Foam: "It is what's inside that counts." That phrase holds true to the multi density foam cushion. Beard leads the industry with up to 5 different layers of foam. Each layer is different to give a complete feel of support, as well as comfort, over the most grueling conditions. In addition to the traditional cushions, Beard offers a High Impact Foam option which uses the latest technology to mold and conform to you and your body temperature. It allows the greatest form of vibration absorption. 3). Suspension Liner: The liner is constructed with a vinyl coated polyester woven mesh to produce the strongest liner available. Every liner is CNC cut and marked to insure a proper fit and finish. Beard uses a design that minimizes the amount of seams that need to be sewn adding greater strength. Beard then uses an industry best, double spurred grommet through out the liner, hand lacing the liner to the frame, with a true military spec. parachute cord to insure a long lasting stretch free suspension. 4). Secondary Suspension Bands: Every Beard seat comes standard with secondary suspension bands. This allows greater support when needed and disburses the energy across the entire seat. Beard uses Stainless Steel clips on each side of the frame to attach the bands to the frame. Each band is sewn to form a one piece band to secure a long lasting support. 5). Frame: The frame starts with 3/4" HCMS tubing. Beard uses 2 different wall thicknesses of tubing, .065" & .090" depending on the area of the frame. Each frame is shaped on a CNC bender insuring accuracy as well as putting a maximum amount of bends in each part to minimize the amount of pieces to be welded. The frame is then MIG welded to insure strength and proper tolerances. When the frame is finished it is powder coated black for a long lasting corrosion free finish.
