Craig R Sales' mission is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We recognize that our customers are our business. We make every possible effort to provide our customers with quality products and a worry free shopping experience.

We do not sell any of our customer information to third parties. We strive to ensure that customer information is stored safely and securely.

Most orders are shipped the next business day, however, please allow 3-4 days to process all orders for inventory or product availability. Ship time can be calculated on our shipping information page.

Craig R Sales will only accept returns no more than 30 days from the date the customer received the merchandise. All special order and sun-glass sales are final and will require the purchaser to exercise the manufacturer's warranty. All returned merchandise must have prior approval by Craig R Sales. We will not accept any merchandise without prior arrangements or approval. Shipping and Handling will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. All returned product must be in original, resalable condition including any packaging parts and or accessories and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

All manufacturer warranties apply. Craig R Sales assumes no responsibility for damages due to shipping, product reliability or damage due to installation. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
